I founded DJL Management in 2021, following nearly twenty-five years in the world of commercial real estate.
It wasn’t a sudden decision, but rather a natural evolution—something that matured within me over time. Throughout my career, I had the privilege of working with several esteemed international firms, including Ahold Real Estate, Multi Corporation, GE Capital Golub, Avestus Capital Partners and M7 Real Estate. These experiences allowed me to develop a deep understanding of property development, asset management, acquisitions and
sales—as well as the nuances of working with people. Over the years, I came to recognize how easily the essence of this profession can be overshadowed when only numbers become the sole focus. I began to feel that, with each step upward in the corporate hierarchy, I was drifting further from the work that truly inspired me. Founding DJL was a natural next step. It gave me the opportunity to offer my expertise, including insights gained from international markets, to local clients—while staying true to the principles
I believe in and the personal, thoughtful approach I bring to asset management.
